M. Fiori Experience Studio was founded by Melissa “Millie” McKinney, an event producer, stage manager, hospitality specialist and performer with more than 20 years of experience across weddings, festivals, live production, artist hospitality, catering and venue operations.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Millie has always been drawn to music, theater, art, nature and the energy of gathering people together. Her performance background still shapes the way she works: every event has a rhythm, every space creates an atmosphere, and every transition matters.

​

After meeting her husband, Jonathan—a classical and Spanish guitarist from St. Augustine—Millie traded Texas for Florida’s First Coast. Their life in music and the arts deepened her connection to St. Augustine’s creative community and historic sense of place.

Today, M. Fiori brings creative vision, production discipline and genuine hospitality together under one roof—creating events and experiences that feel beautifully considered, calmly run and deeply memorable.

Millie serves on the board of Guitar North Florida, volunteers with the SJCCA Guitar Program, and is a member of the Women’s Food Alliance and Stage Managers’ Association.
