Three levels of support—each includes access to M. Fiori’s preferred vendor list and a custom proposal based on guest count, venue and complexity.

I. DAY-OF COORDINATION — starting at $1,500
Begins six to eight weeks before the wedding. Includes a final planning review, master timeline, vendor confirmations, venue walkthrough, ceremony rehearsal, setup oversight, and up to 10 hours of wedding-day leadership from a lead coordinator, with assistant support added when the event scale requires it.

II. PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING — starting at $2,800
Ongoing planning checkpoints, budget and vendor guidance, floor-flow and guest-experience planning, timeline development, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding-day management. Ideal for couples who have begun planning but want professional structure and steady support.

III. EXCLUSIVE PLANNING + DESIGN — starting at $5,500
Full planning and creative direction, a curated vendor team, design concept and color story, rental and décor guidance, floor plans, detailed production logistics, guest-touchpoint enhancements, rehearsal, and wedding-day leadership.

Venue, rentals, catering, florals, entertainment, transportation, additional staffing, and other third-party costs are separate unless included in the written proposal.

ADDITIONAL WEDDING EXPERIENCES
Proposal planning and surprise logistics; rehearsal dinners; welcome parties; bridal showers and bridal-party events; bachelor and bachelorette celebrations; farewell brunches; and other wedding-weekend gatherings may be booked individually or added to a planning package. Each receives a custom proposal based on scope, guest count, venue, and staffing needs.
